Need to make and install stairway cover strap and floor brace yet . More wiring done on dash

Left and right mirrors fitted and mounted, turn signals polished and re-installed. Mirror wiring ran to dash .
When reconditioning left headlight, bezel found it to be damaged, looking for a better bezel bucket to replace with .

Ramco sent the wrong Stainless Steel Screws and trim cut-out was wrong.,.. Insulated and replaced skin back

Note the Base mounts were cut wrong to fit over trim , see right side after modifications we had correct cut out,
holes would not line up .

Newly rebuilt rub rail almost ready to install,

New Door Window installed

Note: bent corners and they sent the wrong lower panel . but we feel we can still use the panels
we didn't order the one with space for the side rub rail at the bottom .

Cleaned and painted around generator, Cleaned and painted horns, Steering Box cover panel , and Condenser door back panel

Painted with primer , need to wait a couple of days then we paint with finish coat .

Dash Console being installed with new upholstery

Corrected steering column, dry fitted column to confirm fit , Dry fitting dash console and upholstering the dash Board and side switch console , the doors to cover heater area already covered .
Note: all dash console wiring checked, prepped and ready to install new gauges

Front bumper and all fittings removed to clean and paint after dry fitting .

Dash console panel cut and dry fitted with gauges before laminating with burled walnut laminate...

Cable cover and Heater cover box

Installed stainless steel bumper tie down hooks,

Installed bumper supports with rubber cushion, Also note fiberglass Tire cover mounted behind bumper ,

Cut Aluminum panel to install behind old condenser door

Ran exhaust pipe for generator , note flex pipe to help keep down vibrations
